ONEX SA provides the Hellenic Police with high-end heartbeat detectors system for preventing illegal migration.

On Friday, February 09, 2018, ONEX SA was awarded by the Hellenic Police a major strategic contract for the border security of the country: the supply of ONEX’s integrated solution for detecting any human presence entering illegally the Greek land borders.

By utilizing the properties of acoustic waves, ONEX’s system includes sophisticated heartbeat sensors that detect the presence (heartbeats) of any living creature (human or animal) that is hidden in crypts of private vehicles, trucks, boxes and containers of all sizes.

The system has the capability of 24/7 operation and control of four vehicles simultaneously.

It is highly reliable and very easy to operate by a single touchscreen that offers immediate and accurate results in just 10 seconds!

This ONEX’s advanced solution will be used by the Border Protection division of the Hellenic Police and will contribute to Europe’s security by tackling the threat of illegal migration.
